What does “Growing With Legend” mean?
GWL was born from love and purpose — inspired by my son, Legend. What started as a solution for his eczema became a mission to help others heal through natural skincare, self-care, and faith. Growing With Legend represents growth — of the skin, the soul, and self-love.

Are GWL products handmade?
Yes! Each product is handcrafted in small batches with care, consistency, and prayer. We focus on quality over quantity, ensuring every jar or bottle is created with integrity and love.

What makes GWL different from other skincare brands?
We don’t just make skincare — we create healing experiences. GWL focuses on natural ingredients, transparency, and faith-based intention. Our formulas are designed for sensitive, eczema-prone skin and made with the same care we give our own families.

Are your products safe for sensitive or eczema-prone skin?
Yes! Our entire line was formulated with sensitive, inflamed, and eczema-prone skin in mind. We use gentle, plant-based ingredients and avoid harsh chemicals, sulfates, parabens, and artificial fragrances.

What ingredients do you use?
We use pure, nourishing ingredients like Qasil powder, shea butter, mango butter, jojoba oil, rosehip oil, and vitamin E. Every ingredient is chosen for its ability to calm, hydrate, and restore the skin barrier.

How often should I use GWL products?
Consistency is key! For best results:

  • Cleansers & Serums: Daily (morning and night)
  • Body Butters & Scrubs: 3–5 times a week or as needed
    Always patch-test first if you have very sensitive skin.

Can GWL products be used on children?
Yes — most of our products are safe for children over 2 years old. Always check the label for any ingredient sensitivities and perform a small patch test first.

Can I use GWL products if I have psoriasis?
Absolutely. Our products were formulated to soothe inflammation and dryness associated with psoriasis and eczema. Many customers experience smoother, calmer skin with consistent use.

How long will it take to see results?
You may begin to notice softness and hydration after just one use, but visible improvements in dark spots, texture, or eczema patches typically appear within 2–4 weeks of consistent use.

How should I store my products?
Keep products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Because we don’t use harsh preservatives, it’s best to use them within 6–12 months of purchase.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! We never test on animals, and our ingredients are 100 % plant-based and ethically sourced.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United States and internationally. Shipping options and rates will appear at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Processing takes 3–5 business days (since each item is made in small batches). U.S. shipping usually takes 2–5 business days after processing. International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on customs.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log into your GWL account to check your order status anytime.

What if my package arrives damaged or missing?
Please email growingwithlegend@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can quickly make it right.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes, please email me directly to setup a time and location to retrieve your order. 

What is your return or exchange policy?
Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns once opened. If there’s an issue with your order or your skin reacts unexpectedly, contact us within 7 days, and we’ll work to find a solution.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? 

We understand that mistakes happen! Please email us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make a change or request a cancellation. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes, cancel the order, or issue a refund. If an incorrect address was provided and your order has already shipped, you will need to repurchase the item. Unfortunately, GWL cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
